In order to clear the obstacles and fight for the right to resist Japan, this detachment launched an attack on the Kuomintang Salt Police Force, Grain Requisition Team and "Qing Xiang" Team, which were not anti-Japanese, and won four consecutive victories in Shang 'aoling, Lvjiatian, Dang _, Hong Kong and Macao. Among them, the Hong Kong and Macao battles annihilated more than 30 independent police detachments in Yueqing County, seized more than 20 long and short guns, and captured Ni, secretary of Yueqing County Party Committee, and division commanders alive. Subsequently, the Yueqing County Party Committee openly played the banner of armed resistance to Japan, established the anti-Japanese guerrilla base area behind enemy lines in Le (Qing) Yong (Jia) Border Region with Lingdi Township as the center, and established mass organizations such as the Farmers' National Salvation Association.

Yueqing People's Anti-Japanese Armed Backbone Team was established in Xikeng Beach, Ji Ze Village, Lingdi Township, Yueqing City. The former site covers an area of about 80 square meters and has a brick structure. The former site used to be a temple, which was burned down when the Kuomintang troops carried out "encirclement and suppression" of the base area. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), residential buildings were built as villagers.
