Physical examination methods and requirements of Canadian immigrants

1. Physical examination form: one for the principal applicant, one for his spouse and one for his children. Physical examination is required regardless of whether the spouse and children of the principal applicant apply at the same time. The physical examination must be completed within 45 days after receiving the notification letter.

2. The physical examination form shall be filled in by the principal applicant in English, and each physical examination form only needs to be filled in Part A.. Show your ID card and/or 3 passport photos to the medical examiner during the physical examination.

3. Physical examination items include routine examinations such as chest X-ray, blood routine and urine routine. Liver function, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and "two and a half" were not examined.

4. When doing physical examination:

(1) If you wear glasses, you need to wear them;

(2) If you have ever suffered from tuberculosis, you should bring all the past X-rays and inspection reports;

(3) Tell the doctor about past diseases, operations and any form of treatment he has received or is receiving. Failure to explain the past medical condition will seriously delay the processing of the application.

5. For local experience in Hong Kong, the physical examination results will be mailed by the experience hospital. Those who have experience in Chinese mainland should ask whether the physical examination hospital is responsible for mailing. If you want to mail it yourself, you need to stamp the medical examination results, indicate the file number, stamp the hospital official seal at the sealing place or ask the doctor to sign it, and mail it by express delivery.

6. The physical examination must be conducted in one of the designated clinics, and the results of the physical examination will be reviewed by Canadian doctors. The results will not be available until at least eight weeks after the physical examination is completed.

7. It is possible to require the applicant to carry out additional physical examination items, and any additional trial or physical examination expenses shall also be borne by the applicant.

8. The validity period of the physical examination report is 1 year. Medical reports and X-rays will become the property of the Canadian medical department and will not be returned.

When you get off the plane, don't look at the sign. Everyone is going in the same direction. When you get off the escalator, you will go through the immigration formalities. Permanent residents and citizens are one team, and non-residents who take the business test are another team. There are also several self-help entry machines in the passages of permanent residents and citizens, but sometimes it seems that only Canadian citizens can use them.

Hundreds of people get on the next flight, and sometimes the two flights arrive almost at the same time, and there is a long queue at once, but fortunately, the immigration officer's trial speed is relatively fast, with an average of less than 5 minutes for each person, because the duty of the immigration officer is to conduct a preliminary review of the people entering the country, and if there is any problem, it will be directly handed over to the customs for further review.

For many new immigrants in Canada, the question of what to do when going back is very uncomfortable. I'm from China. Why do you ask me what I'm going back to do? Later I learned that my immigration status is a permanent resident of Canada. Since it is permanent, I should stay in Canada.

When did you leave last time is also a key question. If you leave for more than 6 months, you will definitely be asked to go to the customs for further inspection. If you stamp your passport and entry declaration form after asking, it is generally ok. If your passport is not stamped and written on the back of the entry declaration form, you will have to go to the customs for further inspection.
