Why can't Ankang Hengkou Town develop?

Due to the slow development of infrastructure construction in Ankang Hengkou Town, the urban framework has not formed a scale. Hengkou Town belongs to Hanbin District, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the west of Hanbin District and the middle of Yuehe Basin. It borders Datong Town in the east, Liushui Town and Xiangshan Township in the southeast, and Hongshan Town in the south.
