Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on registration conditions:
In addition to meeting the conditions of "abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), graduating from a senior secondary school or having the same educational level and good health", the applicants for the general college entrance examination must also meet the following conditions:
(A) candidates born and settled in Xinjiang registration conditions
1. The candidate himself was born and settled in Xinjiang. Candidates and their parents have lived in Xinjiang for many years and have no experience of moving out of Xinjiang.
2. Graduated from high school or equivalent.
3. Studying in other provinces and districts and obtaining the status of ordinary high school students in other provinces and districts must have the graduation certificate of ordinary high school with student number issued by the education administrative department of the county (city) where the candidate attends the middle school and the academic level examination results issued by the provincial academic level examination office.
4. Secondary vocational schools studying in other provinces and autonomous regions should fill in the previous graduates (including general secondary schools, adult secondary schools, vocational high schools, technical schools, the same below) to participate in the examination and registration form (Annex 9) of secondary vocational school enrollment candidates in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The school and its competent departments are responsible for examining the enrollment situation, and then register at the prefecture and city admissions offices where the household registration is located.
(2) Registration conditions for candidates who were not born in Xinjiang and settled down.
1. Senior secondary education stage (including ordinary high school, ordinary secondary school, adult secondary school, vocational high school and technical school) has been studying in Xinjiang for three consecutive years (Grade One, Grade Two and Grade Three), and has a student status file of studying in Xinjiang for three years. Ordinary high school graduates must have three consecutive years of ordinary high school academic level examination results, secondary vocational school graduates must be registered in the national secondary vocational school student management information system and the third school year internship stage must be in Xinjiang. Previous graduates of secondary vocational schools must also have graduation certificates issued by the education administrative department or the human resources and social security department.
2. Candidates and their parents have permanent residence in Xinjiang, and the time for the residence to move into Xinjiang is not less than two years (calculated according to the time from the college entrance examination in the current year, the same below).
3. In the high school stage, if parents need to transfer to attend ordinary high schools in Xinjiang because of their job transfer, candidates and their parents must have permanent residence in Xinjiang, and their residence has moved to Xinjiang for not less than two years, and they have been studying in Xinjiang for two consecutive years (Grade Two and Grade Three), and they have their own examination results in ordinary high schools for two consecutive years (the relevant procedures for approving their parents to transfer to party and government organs and institutions in our district or introduce high-level talents according to regulations must be issued by local, state and municipal organizations or human resources and social security departments).
4. Professional and technical personnel and civil servants who are dispatched or hired by organizations at or above the district level (including prefecture level) to work in Xinjiang for more than three years (including three years) are allowed to apply in Xinjiang during their work in Xinjiang. Their children have been studying in Xinjiang for two consecutive years (senior two and senior three) in ordinary high schools, and they have studied in Xinjiang for two years. Children who have permanent residence in Xinjiang are allowed to apply in Xinjiang (the organization department must issue relevant certification materials such as parents' procedures for coming to Xinjiang). For the non-Corps system, the certification materials can be issued by the Party Committee Organization Department at or above the prefecture level where the candidate's household registration is located, audited by the local and municipal admissions committees where the candidate's household registration is located, and approved by the Autonomous Region Admissions Office for the record. Corps system, by the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps division level (including division level) above the Party Committee Organization Department issued proof materials, approved by the candidate's school, state, city admissions committee, and reported to the Autonomous Region Admissions Office for the record, can be allowed to register.
