Brazilian immigration application conditions
(1) The Brazilian immigration law provides as follows:
1. As long as one of the husband and wife obtains permanent residency in Brazil, they can apply for permanent residency for the other husband and wife, their parents and minor children (18 years old) to realize family reunion;
All children born in Brazil are Brazilian citizens. Couples without legal status can apply for permanent residence as long as they have children in Pakistan.
3. Foreign citizens without legal status can obtain legal status as long as they marry Brazilian citizens;
4. According to Pakistan's Investment Immigration Law of 2004, any foreign citizen who invests 50,000 US dollars (the original 250,000 US dollars) in Pakistan, himself, his spouse and minor children can apply for permanent residence;
5. The chairman and senior management of a foreign company with a registered value of more than 200,000 US dollars can apply for permanent residence.
(2) According to the Brazilian Constitution, the following persons have Brazilian nationality at birth:
1. If my parents are foreigners, they are not performing official duties for their country of nationality, and I have Brazilian nationality when I was born in Brazil;
2. If one of my parents is Brazilian, and either of my parents is performing official duties for the Brazilian country, and I was born abroad, I have Brazilian nationality.
3. As long as one parent is Brazilian, people born abroad can acquire Brazilian nationality at any time. The federal judiciary is responsible for acceptance and approval.
The nationality of foreigners entering Brazil can be divided into five situations: ordinary, special, temporary, formal and special.
(1) Ordinary: Foreigners who are from Portuguese-speaking countries and have lived in Brazil for four consecutive years can apply for Brazilian citizenship. If the applicant has a Brazilian child or spouse, the time required for continuous residence in Brazil can be shortened to 1 year. The application should be submitted to the federal police station near the place of residence.
(2) Special: foreigners from non-Portuguese-speaking countries have lived in Brazil continuously for 1 5 years, and those who meet the requirements can apply for Brazilian citizenship.
(3) Temporary: Foreign children who settled in Brazil before the age of 5 can apply for temporary naturalization to the federal police or the Ministry of Justice through their legal representatives. Foreign children who have obtained temporary naturalization certificates can apply to the federal police for formal naturalization in Brazil within two years of adulthood. The original residence identity card, no criminal record and temporary naturalization certificate must be provided when applying. The certificate of temporary naturalization or the certificate of changing from temporary naturalization to formal naturalization shall be issued to the relevant person or his legal representative by the federal police station or the Aliens Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice where the relevant person lives.
(4) Special: Foreign spouses who have been married to current Brazilian diplomats for more than five years or foreigners who have been employed by Brazilian diplomatic and consular institutions for more than 65,438+00 years can apply for Brazilian citizenship after living in Brazil for more than 30 days. The application should be submitted to the Brazilian consular office abroad, and the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will forward it to the Bureau of Foreigners Affairs for processing. The naturalization certificate is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
(5) In addition to the above five situations, there are the following two situations.

This kind of naturalization is different from the temporary naturalization mentioned above. 2. Foreign students studying in Brazilian universities before adulthood can apply for naturalization to the federal police station where they live 1 year after graduation. ?
According to the Brazilian Nationality Law, foreigners wishing to become Brazilian nationals should submit a written application to the Brazilian Ministry of Justice, stating their full name, place of birth, nationality, kinship, gender, marital status, year, month, date of birth, occupation and previous residence in Brazil or abroad, in line with No.68 19 promulgated in August 65438.
A notarized copy of the foreigner's permanent identity card;
B a certificate of continuous residence in Pakistan for more than four years issued by the Pakistani police;
C. Show the resume certificate issued by the competent department of residence in Pakistan;

If the applicant does not meet the requirements for naturalization or fails to submit all the required documents within the prescribed time limit, his application for naturalization will be frozen and filed, and the decision to freeze the filing will be published in the government gazette. The applicant may file an application for reconsideration within 30 days from the date of announcement, explain the reasons and facts for applying for reconsideration, and pay relevant fees.
