The identity certificates of the residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions are Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland or Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' Home Visit Certificates held at the time of entry, Hong Kong and Macao residents' identity cards and residence and temporary residence certificates issued by public security organs.

With the above identification and driver's license, you can go to the issuing vehicle management office for annual review. If you want to change your card, you also need photos and a physical examination form.
