Brief introduction of guannan county

Guannan, referred to as "Guan", was called "Haixi" 1 in ancient times. Haixi County has a cultural history of 2090 years since it was established during the reign of Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty. Guannan 2 is named because it is located in Guanhe River Basin and south of Guanhe River. Guannan has a long history, with busy traffic, developed commerce and trade, rich products and outstanding people. Guannan is the birthplace of Erlang God culture and Nanguo Tanggou wine, a famous magical town, the first batch of ecological agriculture and forestry experimental demonstration counties in Jiangsu Province, 3 national ecological demonstration counties, 4 national popular science demonstration counties, an advanced county in national safe construction, and a water-green new city connected with Haihe River. Known as the hometown of paulownia, poplar, yam, shallow water lotus and Erlang God. Guannan county is located in the eastern part of the Asian continent, adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the east, across the sea from countries and regions such as Jeju Road in South Korea and Kyushu Island in Japan. South to southeast, connected with Lianshui and Xiangshui counties, west to Shuyang, and north to Xinyi River and Guanyun. The maximum straight-line distance from east to west is 7 1km, and 30km from north to south. The total area of the county is 104 1km, covering 1 township, 1 town, 5 industrial parks, 2 agricultural parks,1cultural industrial park, 238 villages (residential) and 70 natural villages. Guannan culture belongs to Jianghuai culture, and Guannan people belong to Huaiyang people who use Jianghuai Mandarin. Guannan county has Erlangshen Cultural Relics Park (national 4A-level scenic spot), Shuoxiang Lake, Haixi Park and Baichuan Guanhe and other tourist attractions. The Erlang God culture, the famous tanggou and the famous Guanhe River constitute the eternal background of Guannan culture. Guannan area has a history of more than 5000 years, 2000 years and more than half a century. Haixi County was established in 90 BC, which was the beginning of China's county construction.
