What are the procedures for applying for public rental housing in Yueyang City, Hunan Province?

The applicant shall submit a written application and relevant materials to the subdistrict office, the Township People's Government or the employing unit where the household registration is located. Fill in the self-assurance statement and sign the authorization letter of entrustment verification. The accepting unit makes a preliminary verification of the applicant's family population, housing status and income status, and puts forward preliminary opinions within 15 working days after accepting the application. If the applicant meets the requirements after preliminary examination, the basic information of the applicant shall be publicized at the domicile, actual residence and unit of the applicant, and the publicity period shall be 10 day.

District housing security and housing management departments, human resources and social security departments shall, within 10 working days from the date of receiving the preliminary examination materials, respectively, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family housing situation and income meet the prescribed conditions.

The civil affairs department shall, within 15 working days from the date of receiving the transferred application materials and audit opinions, put forward audit opinions on whether the applicant's family income meets the prescribed conditions, and feed back the check results to the district housing security housing management department. Audited eligible, reported to the municipal housing security housing management department for examination and approval, after examination and approval does not meet the application conditions, the district housing security housing management department shall inform the applicant in writing.

City housing security housing management department should be comprehensive housing conditions and income, complete the examination and approval within 5 working days, to be publicized, publicity period of 7 days. After publicity, if there is no objection or objection is not established, the municipal housing security and housing management department shall register it, notify the applicant or the unit in writing, and publish relevant announcements in the local media to timely allocate public rental housing.
