The applicant shall submit a written application and relevant materials to the subdistrict office, the Township People's Government or the employing unit where the household registration is located. The accepting unit makes a preliminary verification of the applicant's family population, housing status and income status, and puts forward preliminary opinions within 15 working days after accepting the application. City housing security housing management department should be comprehensive housing conditions and income, complete the examination and approval within 5 working days, to be publicized, publicity period of 7 days.
