The majors with better employment abroad are basically immigration majors, because of the shortage, such as accounting, education, nursing, hairdressing, western cooking, actuarial science, and some medical majors are also in short supply. The best of the University of Sydney is medicine and law, but these two subjects are very difficult for foreign students, and even local students have to squeeze their heads to go to school, so if you are not very confident about your grades, don't study hard. There are many people who study other majors, such as accounting, and other business subjects, because after all, business subjects do not need professional background and have relatively low language requirements, so they are the easiest subjects for international students to digest. Moreover, graduates like accounting can emigrate as long as their IELTS scores meet the requirements, killing two birds with one stone and naturally being popular. This is also a helpless move. If you want to study a subject with few students, either it is difficult for foreign students to immigrate, so foreign students don't choose, or they can emigrate or find a job, but it takes too much time and money, so foreign students learn less, or they are simply cold, so no one chooses. Nursing can be learned in TAFE, that is, vocational schools in China need less time and money than universities, and TAFE is specially prepared for employment. Many TAFE courses are also good for immigrants, so some international students will choose them. But it depends on your future development prospects. If you plan to stay in Australia to find a job or emigrate in the future, TAFE is a quick way, otherwise it is best to go back to China or other countries. If you are interested in business, then management, finance and accounting all belong to business, but at present only accounting is the perfect score for business immigrants, which means better employment in the future. The famous business school, the University of Sydney is not the best business school, the best business school is MQ, Monash. MQ is famous for accounting. No matter how many international students are studying, MQ's system is enough to make its accounting status famous all over the world. If you want to study, you must work hard, or you are in danger of graduation.

As for the engineering majors you mentioned, such as construction engineering, they are all good jobs. UNSW is the strongest, but if your English is not very good or you are not very confident in your grades, it is very difficult to study these majors. You should think it over.
