Where are the most Shandong immigrants from Harbin?

Harbin Morning Post survey: "The most immigrants are Yishui and Huangxian in Shandong, followed by Rizhao, Juxian, Jining and Linyi." From 193 1 to 1945, the population of Heilongjiang was about 1 1 10,000 during the Japanese and Puppet rule, of which the population naturally increased by only over 260,000, and the number of new immigrants from Shandong and other places reached over 4.7 million during this period.
