Applicants applying for ordinary skilled immigrants must:

Specify a technical occupation from the list of technical occupations; meanwhile

Pass the score assessment.

A valid application for ordinary skilled immigrants must be (category 134, 136, 137, 138, 139):

The application must include the correct application fee. The application fee must be paid in Australian dollars. No cash. The application fee can be paid by the following credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, JCB or Bank Card).

Or use a bank check issued by a bank with a representative office in Australia. Please note: if there is not enough application fee, your application will not be accepted, but will be returned. The application fee cannot be paid at the overseas visa office.

Your application must include the technical assessment qualification certificate issued by relevant Australian assessment agencies (please refer to the general skilled migration manual for the list of relevant agencies).

The technical evaluation fee is calculated separately from your visa application fee, but it must also be paid in Australian dollars. For more information, please contact the relevant assessment agencies in Australia.

Attachment of skilled immigrant visa

When the Adelaide Technical Trial Center (ASPC) verifies that the applicant meets the requirements and is ready to grant a visa, they will write to the applicant or the applicant's agent, asking them to designate an overseas visa office to complete the attachment of their visa.

When Adelaide Technical Trial Center receives the relevant reply from the applicant or the applicant's agent, it will send the relevant application materials of the applicant to the designated overseas visa office. Applicants can send their passports and copies of consent forms issued by Adelaide Technical Testing Center to designated overseas visa offices in person or by post.

The designated overseas visa office can only attach the visa after receiving the application materials from Adelaide Technical Examination Center. This process takes 5 working days.

Applicants can obtain passports and visas in person or by post. If you need to mail your passport, the applicant must provide his mailing address in China.
