You can call 866-347-2423, which is the hotline for DHS to report illegal immigrants.

DHS will carefully record your report.

Then they will search the FBI to see if your uncle has a criminal record, is suspected of being a terrorist, or is deported.

If there is, they will submit it to the FBI.

If not, they will submit it to the Deportation and Repatriation Section.

Then about a few months later (maybe never), your uncle will find a letter from DHS in your mailbox. The content is as follows:

Dear Uncle, Mr. and Mrs. qq0 1520

We know you may be suspected of violating

Article 237 (a) (1) (b) of the Nationality Law, please bring your travel bag to our dhs to go through the relevant repatriation procedures. If you think you haven't broken the law, we are sorry. Please consider that you have not received this letter.
