In order to ensure the needs of urban construction land in Linqu County, according to the provisions of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Land Expropriation in Shandong Province and other laws and regulations, the Linqu County People's Government decided to issue a notice on the land to be expropriated:

Location of Plot 6: west of Donghong Road and southeast of Zhangjiadashan Village.

Rural collective economic organizations involved: Zhangjiadashan Village, Xinzhai Street.

Use: land for public facilities.

Location range of Plot 7: north and south of Yishan Road, south of Gaojiazhuang Village Committee Courtyard.

Rural collective economic organizations involved: Dongjialou Village, Beigaozhuang Village and Zhifang Village of Chengguan Street.

Use: educational land

Location range of No.8 plot: south of Linli Road and west of planned Zhu Min Road.

Rural collective economic organizations involved: Dadougou Village and Beiwuzhuang Village in Chengguan Street.

Use: industrial land

Second, the proposed land compensation standards

The compensation and resettlement expenses for land requisition shall be implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standard for land requisition in Linqu County published by the Shandong Provincial People's Government in the Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standard for Land Requisition in Shandong Province (Lu Zheng Zi [2020] No.74). This land acquisition * * * involves three plots, of which, the compensation for the first-class plot is 68,000 yuan per mu, the compensation for the second-class plot is 64,000 yuan per mu, and the compensation for the third-class plot is 60,000 yuan per mu; Compensation standards for overground attachments and young crops shall be implemented in accordance with the Reply of Shandong Provincial Department of Land and Resources and Shandong Provincial Department of Finance on Compensation Standards for overground attachments and young crops in Weifang (Lu Guo Tu Zi Zi [2017] No.398). Residential buildings, industrial and mining enterprises and other construction facilities involved shall be compensated in accordance with the demolition compensation and resettlement agreement signed by the relevant towns and streets and property owners.

The specific land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan for the land-expropriated village shall be formulated and publicized by the Linqu County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau in conjunction with the county finance, human resources and social security departments after the investigation is completed.
