Russian visa application conditions

Notes

1. During the validity period of the multiple visa, the stay in Russia cannot exceed 180 days at a time.

2. Our office will not extend visas issued by other Russian authorities.

3. If the visa is not received for any reason, the original invitation letters from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration Bureau and the company will not be returned.

4. If the visa application form is incomplete, our office will not process the visa.

5. Applicants may be asked to provide supplementary documents or be interviewed if necessary.

6. If several people are invited at the same time, each applicant should provide a complete document.

7. Applicants should come to pick up the visa in person or provide a notarized power of attorney.

8. Citizens of Schengen Treaty countries, Israel, Finland, Estonia, and Lithuania should provide a valid medical insurance policy or a letter of guarantee that the inviting party will reimburse medical costs.

Business visa

1. A valid passport and a copy of the passport home page

2. 1 photo (1 inch or 2 inches is acceptable)

3. Visa application form (all questions in the form should be answered). Supplementary information form required for multiple visas

4. Original invitation letter issued by the Russian Immigration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Work visa

1. A valid passport and a copy of the passport homepage

6. Labor permit issued by the Russian Immigration Service and its copy

8. Original and copy of the overseas labor training certificate

Representative office (work) visa

Study visa

1. A valid passport and a copy of the passport homepage

Tourist visa

When applying for a visa, you need to pay the entire visa fee in one go.

If the visa is not received for any reason, our office will not refund the remaining balance of the visa fee paid
