The load-bearing structure of this project is brick-concrete structure except that the hall part is cast-in-place reinforced concrete semi-frame. The buried depth of the foundation is 1.9m, and the strip brick foundation is built on C 15 plain concrete cushion. The foundation is provided with cast-in-place reinforced concrete ring beams, and each floor of solid brick wall is provided with cast-in-place reinforced concrete ring beams. Anti-seismic structural columns are set at the junction of internal and external walls and the corner of external walls; Except for the cast-in-place floor slab, the rest of the floor slab and roof are precast reinforced concrete perforated slabs, and the girders, stairs and overhangs are cast-in-place reinforced concrete members.

Except the entrance hall, corridor, laboratory, bathroom, back stairs and steps, the indoor floors are all cement mortar. Indoor decoration mainly adopts white lime mortar spraying 106 coating, and outdoor decoration is mainly mosaic. The wall between windows is dry stone, and the waist line and window cover are decorative tiles. Aproll is a disposable facing for unreinforced concrete.

Roof insulation is slag concrete, two-felt and three-oil waterproof layer and mung bean sand. The roof of the master was paved with concrete precast slabs.

Equipment installation and plumbing electrical engineering cooperate with civil construction.

1. Geological and environmental conditions

According to the investigation report; The soil is 1 grade porous loess, the bearing capacity of natural foundation is 150KN/㎡, and the groundwater level is 7-8m below the surface. The maximum freezing depth of soil in this area is 0.5m

The south side of the construction site is the built building, the west side of the north side is the wall of the company's property, and the east side is the XX highway. Do not occupy the sidewalk within 3 meters of the curb, and do not damage the trees along the street. There are still high-voltage lines and telephone lines passing over one side of the sidewalk.

2. Construction period

This project is scheduled to start on April 1 day and is required to be completed on February 30th this year. The total duration is limited to 9 months and the calendar duration is 225 days.

4. Meteorological conditions

During the construction period, the dominant wind direction is easterly, with rainy season in September and winter from 65438+February to February of the following year.

5. Technical and economic conditions of construction

(1) The construction task is undertaken by URX Company, which assigns a construction team to be responsible for it. The team has 20 bricklayers, 16 carpenters, 140 other auxiliary workers such as steel workers, mechanics, electricians and general workers. According to the needs of construction, some migrant workers assist in the work. In the renovation stage, it can be transferred from other construction teams to Plaster workers, with a maximum of 70 people.

(2) Construction electricity and water are connected from the urban power supply and water supply pipe network. Building materials and prefabricated components can be transported into the site by car. The perforated plate is made by the prefabrication factory of urban construction company. Wooden doors and windows are made by the Municipal Wood Processing Factory.

(3) In addition to the workers' dormitory, temporary facilities required for the overlay project shall be built on site.

(4) The cranes available for construction include QT 1-6 tower crane and QT 1-2 tower crane. In addition to Jiefang brand, there are yellow river brand cars. Winches, all kinds of mixers, woodworking machinery, concrete vibrators, scaffolding and templates can be supplied according to the planned demand.
