How to evaluate Huang Wanli's worries about the Three Gorges Project?

In order to make these rumors more deceptive, they almost touted Professor Huang Wanli as an extraordinary "immortal". As a water conservancy worker, I never deny the level and character of my predecessor Professor Huang Wanli. But as far as I know, there are many water conservancy and hydropower scientists who are comparable to Huang Wanli in experience, level and character.

Like Shi Jiayang, Huang Wenxi, Huang Yuxian, Lu Qinkan, Cheng, Li and many other well-known experts on water conservancy and hydropower in China who returned from studying abroad in their early years, almost all of them are as outstanding and persistent as Huang Wanli. However, Professor Huang Wanli's exceptionally generous family environment and social status since childhood seem to make him more confident and even conceited than other comrades of his generation. Therefore, he was able to show an unusually tough and conceited attitude on many issues, and this unique character was really valuable in the big environment of China at that time. However, from the perspective of professional technology, Huang Wanli's professional opinion is not the best.
