I. Long-term visa

Applicants for long-term residence as relatives of Argentines

(Argentine nationals who have been naturalized by blood relationship and their parents, children or spouses who have chosen to be naturalized are foreign relatives of Argentine nationals who have returned to China with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship)

Verify the following materials:

A. Valid passport (Albania or foreign country)

B. a certificate of impunity issued by the country of residence in the last five years. The certificate is valid for three months. This requirement is only for people over 16 years old.

C. Health certificate issued by the health department of the country of residence;

D. birth certificate or adoption certificate. Or various supplementary certificates.

E. marriage certificate. Similarly, proof of widowhood or widowhood.

F. There is no evidence of an international criminal offence;

Identification and residence certificates of relatives in Albania (Argentine identity card, citizenship certificate and military service certificate with address in Albania);

B. Application for long-term residence by relatives of long-term residents

The application of relatives of long-term residents can only be approved by the Immigration Bureau)

Verify the following files:

A) Entry permit issued by the Immigration Bureau.

B) a valid passport.

C. Investment immigration

(Investment immigrants must have their own funds of not less than 100.000 USD to invest in Argentina's manufacturing, commerce and service industries. )

(Note: The approval of long-term or temporary applications for investment immigrants can only be issued by the Immigration Bureau)

D. Long-term religious residence

(Note: Applications for long-term religious residence can only be issued by the Immigration Bureau)

Verify the following files:

A) Entry permit issued by the Immigration Bureau.

B) a valid passport.

C) A health certificate issued by the health department of the country where you live.

D) birth certificate or adoption certificate, or various supplementary certificates.

Applications can be submitted to the immigration office or consulate.

If submitted to the Immigration Bureau, the Immigration Bureau will send the entry permit (in duplicate) to the corresponding consulate for issuing visas.

If you submit it to the consulate, you can issue an entry and exit pass and issue a visa without applying and waiting for authorization.

Maximum term: 1 year.

Personnel, conditions, certification materials and visa issuance period:

"Representative of a foreign enterprise" means entering the country as an agent of an enterprise registered abroad.

Verification: the certification of the agent's identity by the relevant enterprise.

"Individual investment immigrants" refer to people who have invested not less than 654.38 million Argentine pesos in production, commerce or service industries, or who can prove that they will invest this amount.

Verification: industries and shares under its name; Or the remittance certificate from a foreign bank to new york Branch of Argentine National Bank must indicate the words "Argentine National Immigration Bureau" and the name of the payee, and indicate the way of remittance to the head office of Argentine National Bank; It can also be a deposit certificate from the head office of the National Bank of Argentina.

Funding period: up to one year.

"Dividend recipients" refer to the beneficiaries of fixed dividends, and must meet each of the following requirements: withdrawal of not less than 2,500 pesos per month with a term of not less than two years; "Pensioner" refers to any foreigner whose monthly pension is not less than 2,000 pesos and can be specially remitted to Argentina for his disposal.

Dividend recipients must prove that dividend income comes from investment in foreign banks; Or remittances from foreign banks or financial institutions; Or income from investing in foreign enterprises; Or the income from investing in bonds issued by foreign national banking systems. Pensioners must provide proof of expected income and proof of the last two pension incomes.

Duration of grant: The Argentine National Immigration Bureau can grant visas for up to two years to those who receive dividends and lifelong pensions, and visas for up to one year to those who receive non-lifelong pensions. Under the above circumstances, the consulate can only issue visas for one year at most.

B) Students for learning purposes do not include teachers from official or officially recognized private institutions.

"Students" refer to foreigners who come to attend junior high schools, senior high schools, undergraduate courses and graduate courses.

Applicants need to provide school admission or registration certificates, which will be reviewed by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education.

Duration of authorization: up to one year.

D) workers who meet the requirements of Argentine labor law and enter the country to provide services for natural persons or legal persons.

A written contract signed by both parties is required, and all signatures must be authenticated by the notary office, the National Immigration Bureau or the consulate. To confirm the authenticity of the employing company and its business activities, the following materials shall be verified:

1) Articles of Association; 2) Employee welfare payment records of the company in the first six months; 3) tax registration and the last three tax payment records; 4) At the beginning of the company's business activities, the names of employees shall be registered in the form of the tax bureau.

Funding period: up to one year.

E) workers who enter the country to provide short-term services for individuals or units within a certain period of time.

Requirements are the same as those in "d)".

Term of award: subject to the short-term contract term.

F) The head of foreign media is a journalist based in Argentina.
