1. The village committee embezzled and misappropriated the funds allocated by the state to benefit the people.

Relocation funds for corrupt immigrants: It was learned from the Provincial Department of Finance that in 2007, in document F [2008] 127, the state arranged 24,000 yuan for relocation funds for Liuzui village immigrants (relocation funds for farmers in alpine mountainous areas to plain areas). After the money arrived in the village, Chen Feiyue, the village party secretary, made a premeditated arrangement to distribute the money to four farmers with mental retardation (Xiao Dan, Fu Xudong, Yu Hesheng and Zhou Yousheng) on average, that is, each household received a subsidy of 6,000 yuan. Chen Feiyue went to the door, found four families to go through the formalities of collecting money (typing receipts), and got the receipts, but the money was not available. Chen Feiyue lied that they didn't arrive in the village, so I won't mention it in the future. Until 2009, when Zhang Shengquan, the owner of another building in the village, asked Chen Feiyue where this section was going, Chen Zhishu lied that the project was "out of water" and was won by other villages. After the masses petitioned (received by the town commission for discipline inspection in 2009), the facts could no longer be concealed. 20 10, 10, the town commission for discipline inspection absurdly did not mention the case in its report reply (deliberately concealing Chen Feiyue). After the people petitioned again, the town party Committee explained the case in the investigation report on April 20 13 12: the amount was adjusted from 4 households to 12 households, with a household level of 2,000 yuan. The village did not pay cash to offset the farmer's house excavation fee (in fact, Chen Feiyue has charged the villagers with white bars). Five years later, the funds allocated by the state have not been distributed to farmers. So far, this fund has not been officially processed.
