Qianyang County is an established county revoked by Huaihua City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China (PRC). Revoked on June 29th 1997, 165438. After 1949 and 10, the county seat is located in Anjiang Town. 1997 the State Council approved the merger of former Qianyang County and hongjiang city, and established a new hongjiang city and a town in Guizhou. But in fact, the new hongjiang city inherited the original Qianyang County, and the original hongjiang city remained independent and set up the Hongjiang Management Zone separately.
