Where is Jizhenggou Village?

Jizhengou Village is an established village in Dayu Town, located at the southernmost tip of Dayu Town, with 2 17 households and a total population of 556. The whole village is dominated by planting and labor export. In recent years, it has epoch-making significance in the development history of our village. Under the guidance of the Party's policy of enriching the people, under the correct guidance of the town Party committee and government, and with the help of Liu Yue, the rich leader, farmers' income has been continuously improved and their living standards have been greatly improved.

In terms of infrastructure construction, Jijigou Village invested 350,000 yuan to widen the south street of the village by 50 meters and harden the street by 2.5 kilometers, thus realizing the "hardening" of the village road. More than 880 landscape trees have been planted, realizing the greening of the main street. The Bell and Drum Tower and the Bodhisattva Temple have been renovated, and magnificent parks have been built, thus realizing the "beautification" of the village. With 40 street lamps installed, the streets are "civilized". This year, taking the opportunity of "building the first village in the new countryside", the third phase of the mobile new village project was accelerated, and a five-kilometer ring road connecting Jijigou village and immigrant new village was built.

In terms of increasing farmers' income, our village cooperated with Chongkang Company to set up a pig farm. At present, there are 500 heads in stock, and the scale of breeding will continue to expand in the future. In terms of villagers' employment, the two committees of the village actively contacted Xiyuefa Company and other enterprises, which enabled 80% of the young people in the village to find jobs.

In the construction of new countryside: the third phase of the mobile new village project, which started construction last year, has built 200 new houses, including 60 bungalows/kloc-0 and 40 second floors. At present, 96 mu of land has been leveled, canals1160m have been regulated, hardened roads are 6000m, 20 street lamps have been installed, and more than 3000 seedlings such as cypress and juniper have been planted. It is expected that the third phase of the project will be completed this year.

Since the implementation of the work law of "four discussions and two publicity", Jijigou Village has adhered to the leadership of the branch, democratic decision-making and full publicity. According to the arrangement of the county and town, in the process of implementing the work law of "four discussions and two openness", we further tightened the working procedures, formulated the working system, improved the working mechanism and the working content, and walked in the forefront of the town. Taking the opportunity of carrying out the work law of "four discussions and two publicity", under the leadership of the two committees of the village and with the help of Liu Yue, the leader of becoming rich, all the villagers are striding forward towards the goal of being rich in life, beautiful in environment and ecologically livable.

Jizhenggou Village is adjacent to Southeast Village, Beijiazhuang Village, Mobile Village, Daquangou Village, Jinjiagang Village, Lijiagou Village, Jingzhuang Village, Shahe Village, Shangyuan Village, Nangaozhuang Village and Dayu Village.

On August 26th, 2020, patriotic health campaign committee, Shanxi Province named Jijigou Village as the Health Village of Shanxi Province from 2020 to 2022.

There are tourist attractions such as Yangqu County Committee, the former site of the county government, Daiyu Taishan Temple, Fengdong Grottoes, Sanfan Zhenwu Temple and Nangaozhuang Town Site near Jizhenggou Village. There are Yangqu millet, Taiyuan acanthopanax bark, Yangqu garlic, Baimazhang millet, Yangqu white peach and other specialties.
