Article 3: Tarim University is a school with a glorious revolutionary tradition. Chapter 2 Organizational Structure

Chapter 3 Planning and Admissions
Article 11 The school shall make overall arrangements based on the principle of optimizing the student source structure and promoting coordinated regional development, and based on the actual situation of talent training and school running conditions of the school. Provincial enrollment plans are determined based on factors such as the number of students, quality of students, key support policies, and plan preparation and implementation over the years in each province (autonomous region, city). Article 12 The school implements the admissions system of “school responsibility, admissions supervision” stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and admissions are organized uniformly by the admissions authorities of each province (autonomous region, city).
Article 13: Candidates in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that are piloting the comprehensive college entrance examination reform shall follow the selection subjects and requirements announced by the local provincial admissions and examination management department, and shall conduct the examination in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education. Article 14 The school determines the promotion ratio based on the enrollment plan and student source situation in each province (autonomous region, municipality). Article 15 In principle, the school recognizes the relevant policy bonus points of the admissions departments of each province (autonomous region, city), and makes admissions and professional arrangements based on the scores after the bonus points.
Article 16: There will be no grade difference in professional preference scores during major admissions. The principle is to give priority to scores, that is, in order from high scores to low scores, and the candidates will be admitted in sequence according to the order of major preferences reported by the candidates. Candidates whose major aspirations cannot be satisfied by all, if they obey the major adjustment, the school will adjust them to majors with unfinished enrollment plans according to the candidates' college entrance examination scores from high to low until the admission quota is full.
Article 17: When candidates have the same scores, science and engineering candidates will be given priority based on their scores in mathematics, comprehensive science, and Chinese. Candidates in literature and history will be given priority based on their scores in Chinese, comprehensive science, and mathematics. Admission based on the principle.
Article 18: The results of our school’s art majors are based on the unified professional examination results of each province (region, city).
Candidates' scores in the art unified examination must meet the passing requirements of the province (autonomous region, city) where they are located, and their scores in the cultural courses of the college entrance examination must meet the minimum admission requirements announced by the admissions department of the province (autonomous region, city) where they are located. During admission, the comprehensive score will be calculated by adding the scores in the cultural courses of the college entrance examination and the scores in the art unified examination, and admission will be based on the comprehensive scores from high to low. When the comprehensive scores are the same, admission will be based on the principle of giving priority to the unified arts examination scores.
Article 19 The physical health status of candidates applying for our school shall be based on the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General College Admissions" and relevant supplementary regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Candidates must report their health status truthfully. If they conceal their medical history, the regulations on withdrawal and suspension of study in the "Regulations on the Management of Student Status of Undergraduate and Junior College Students of Tarim University" will be followed.
Chapter 4 New Student Admissions and Fee Standards
Article 20 After new students enter the school, the school will conduct a review within 3 months in accordance with national enrollment regulations. If a student is found to have committed fraud, malpractice for personal gain, etc. during the re-examination, he or she will be deemed to have failed the re-examination and his/her student status will be cancelled. If the case is serious, the school shall hand it over to the relevant department for investigation and handling.
Article 21 Freshmen admitted in accordance with national admissions regulations must present their admission notice and go to the school to go through the admission procedures in accordance with the school's relevant requirements and prescribed deadlines. Those who cannot enroll on time for some reason should ask for leave from the school. Those who fail to apply for leave or who apply for leave overdue will be deemed to have given up their admission qualifications, except for legitimate reasons such as force majeure.
Article 22 School fee standards are as follows:
Art majors 5,000 yuan/year; other science and engineering majors 3,500 yuan/year; finance majors 3,200 yuan/year; literature and history 3,100 yuan/year for science and engineering majors; 3,000 yuan/year for science and engineering majors; the preparatory stage is based on the same academic liberal arts fee standards.
Accommodation fee: 800 yuan/year (room for 6 people).
If the country adjusts the fee standards for this year, our school will charge according to the new regulations.
