Luan River Charm Scenic Area is located 20 kilometers northeast of Guyuan County, with Zhuan Foshan in the north, Jinlianchuan Grassland in the south, Zhuan Buddhist Temple in the east and Grassland Lake in the west, far away from the "Cheng Xiaohong Site" (Jinlianchuan Shogunate) in Yuan Dynasty. There are abundant aquatic plants, beautiful scenery and cool climate here. Historically, it used to be Yuyi Town in the Northern Wei Dynasty, a holy place for emperors of Liao, Jin and Yuan Dynasties to hunt for summer vacation, and was praised by Emperor Kangxi as a fine tribe with "eight hundred lilies of golden lotus and a hundred flowers blooming". The lightning river, the source of Luanhe River's charm, twists and turns, named after the charm of nature, and is a brand attraction of eco-tourism in this county. With a total area of 34.3 hectares, the scenic spot is the representative of 600,000 mu of wetland grassland in the county. Luanhe Shenyun Wetland Viewing Experience Zone is located in Bashang Lightning River National Wetland Park, which is known as "the best wetland with China characteristics" and "the most beautiful wetland in Zhao Yan", and it is 8.8 km away from Pingdingbao Town1in Guyuan County. The area is dominated by climbing overlooking and wetland viewing experience, with an altitude of 1437m, and the top of the mountain is gentle, showing a north-south trend. The main works include an antique gate covering an area of 240 square meters, six management reception rooms and a 2200-meter ornamental and protective wooden plank road; 270 mu of Foshan greening project was transferred, with 36,000 trees planted and more than 70 mu of grass planted.
