Why is Hangzhou noodles called Piarkuan?

Later, he won the first prize of Zhong Xiang's Xie Yuan. On the day when the bill was released, he went to the store to thank the owner. Because there was no signboard in the noodle restaurant, he wrote "Yuan Kui Restaurant" as a signboard on the spot.
