Donnie Yen, born on July 27th, 1963, is an actor, director and martial arts instructor in China, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. 1982 studied martial arts in Beijing, returned to the United States, and won the American Wushu championship that year. 1992 was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in 12 Hong Kong Film Awards for Huang Feihong II: Men Should Strive for Self-improvement.

Donnie Yen 1963 was born on July 27th in a martial arts family in Guangdong, China. He came to Hong Kong at the age of 2 and immigrated to Boston, Massachusetts, USA at the age of1/kloc-0. Donnie Yen's mother, Ms. Bow Sim Mark, is an international martial artist and Artest's collective boxing teacher. So he practiced martial arts with her since he was a child, and at the same time he was exposed to traditional China kungfu such as Tai Chi and Western Boxing, which laid a good foundation for him in traditional martial arts.

Donnie Yen grew up in her mother's martial arts atmosphere, and saw many kung fu movies when she was a child.
