Is police demobilization considered retirement?

Retirement, also known as retirement, refers to the withdrawal of conscripts from the active service of the China People's Liberation Army or the Chinese People's Armed Police Force. People's Republic of China (PRC) began to implement compulsory military service in 1955, and established a system of regular conscription and discharge.

Demobilization: First, after the war, the country's armed forces and economic, political and cultural fields changed from wartime to peacetime. Second, volunteers and some cadres of the China People's Liberation Army retired from active service and returned to the army to participate in production or work. Such retired soldiers are called demobilized soldiers.
