Huangkengkou Water Source Project is located near Huangkengkou Forest Farm, Kengkou Village, Youshan Town, Xinfeng County, Jiangxi Province, about 45km away from Xinfeng County, with a basin area of 29.6km2 above the dam site, a total reservoir capacity of110000 m3, a normal water level of 279.5m, and a regulated storage capacity of1087. The consulting company is compiling the Social Stability and Safety Assessment Report, and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission has agreed to carry out the preliminary work of the Huangkengkou Water Source Project in Xinfeng County.
