1. For those who want to study in Malta, if their study is funded by a sponsor, the sponsor must submit a statement certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (single certification); 2. Applicants under 18 years old must also submit a birth notarization certificate and authorization certification from both parents or guardians. 3. Documents used for visa application only need to be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Other documents sent to Malta need to be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its embassy.
