Regarding the handling of entry and exit documents in different places, the State Administration of Immigration has introduced the following five new measures to facilitate the people and benefit the people:
1. Mainland residents can apply for replacement (replacement) of entry documents in different places across the country. Applicants can apply for the replacement (replacement) of ordinary passports, Hong Kong and Macao passes and Taiwan passes at any public security exit-entry administration institution in China, and the application procedures are the same as those of their places of residence.
2. Mainland (mainland) residents can apply for team travel endorsements to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in different places across the country. Applicants with valid travel permits to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can apply for travel endorsements to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in any public security exit-entry administration institution in China, and the application procedures are the same as those of their places of residence.
3. The time limit for issuing entry and exit certificates for mainland residents has been shortened to 7 working days. The issuance time limit for mainland residents to apply for ordinary passports, Hong Kong and Macao passes and Taiwan passes has been shortened to 7 working days.
When handling, you need to bring the following information:
1. Original and photocopy of ID card.
2. The copy is A4 (the ID card needs to be copied on the front and back, and the household registration book needs to be copied on the home page and my page).
3. Two-inch bareheaded plane color recent photo with blue background and dark collared coat. The photo size is 48X33mm, the head width is 2 1-24mm, and the head length is 28-33mm (you must take photos in the photo studio designated by the Public Security Bureau, or you can take photos when entering or leaving the country. Remember to bring a photo receipt. It is recommended to take photos at the entrance and exit).
4. The old Hong Kong and Macao Pass needs to be returned to the Exit-Entry Administration.

In general, it takes 10 working days (it takes a long time, about 10 working days, that is, two weeks, and it needs the approval and certification of the provincial department to reissue the card).
