The influence of Xiliang Li's series of policies on Dunhuang

Xiliang had a great influence on Dunhuang history and culture.

Li _, the founder of Xiliang, was born in Xuansheng, a Taoist priest in Longxi, and the sixteenth grandson of Li Guang, a famous Han Dynasty.
