Xinjiang Han nationality-Mandarin (mixed with Xinjiang accent) {Chinese characters}. What does that mean?

There are several kinds of people in Xinjiang. Ethnic minorities speak minority languages, such as Shu Wei, Uygur, and Kazakh!

Xinjiang immigrants speak Mandarin, but only Mandarin, not Xinjiang Mandarin!

The third type is the army reclamation people, who joined the army from our grandparents' generation and fought in Xinjiang. Our parents were born in Xinjiang, and so were we. Our generation of Xinjiang people is a native of Xinjiang, but although they speak Mandarin, they will also have a Xinjiang accent. There are also some proper nouns, such as "too talkative" means "too powerful", and swearing will say "are you a spoon", which means you are a fool. Changji Putonghua in Changji, northern Xinjiang is the most recognizable one, which is different from standard Putonghua and has a strong Hui accent! So, if you are a foreigner who speaks Mandarin and goes to Xinjiang, even if you speak Mandarin, you can tell whether you are from Xinjiang or not!
