Weitou dialect belongs to Cantonese Wanbao dialect, which is one of the most local dialects in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The original distribution of Shenzhen was mainly in Baoan, Nanshan, Luohu, Yantian and Futian. Hong Kong is mainly distributed in the New Territories and outlying islands.

Shenzhen Hakka dialect and Hong Kong Hakka dialect are connected together, and there is no difference between them.
