How long is the validity of Wuxi residence permit?

Wuxi residence permit is valid for one year.

If the holder of residence permit lives continuously in the place of residence, he shall go through the endorsement formalities at the local police station or the entrusted management service institution within the last 1 month of each residence; If the endorsement formalities are not completed within the time limit, the use function of the residence permit will be automatically suspended.

If the holder of residence permit changes his/her residence address, he/she shall go to the police station of the new residence or entrust a management service agency to register the change of residence within 10 days from the date of change, and it is not necessary to apply for a residence permit again. The residence permit is one person and one card, which is universal in the whole province.

If the holder of the residence permit completes the endorsement formalities within 30 days from the date of suspension of the use function of the residence permit, the use function of the residence permit will be restored, and the residence period in the place of residence will be continuously calculated; If the endorsement formalities are completed in more than 30 days, the residence period in the place of residence shall be recalculated from the date of completing the residence permit endorsement.
