The cement road hardening project from Dongying to Pingdi Guishan with an investment of 830,000 yuan has been put into use.

The drinking water resettlement project for people and livestock with an investment of 654.38+975,000 yuan was put into use;

The water-saving reconstruction project of Xingsu River Dagou with an investment of120,000 yuan has been put into use;

778,000 yuan was invested to build two new rural demonstration sites in Dongshan Village and Songshitun Village in Cai Yun, and 2.58 million yuan was invested to complete the completion and acceptance of "Yizhou Rural Civilization Demonstration Belt Construction" in 12 natural villages in Cai Yun and Nanhe, and the rural infrastructure construction was further consolidated.

Luochuan town attaches great importance to environmental protection and ecological management, fully implements the natural forest protection project of 278,950 mu, completes closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation of 2030 1 mu, voluntarily plants 290,000 trees, consolidates the conversion of cropland to forest 107.7 mu, grants the subsidy of 28,000 yuan for conversion of cropland to forest, and builds a bayberry base of 300 mu, with a forest coverage rate of 30% in the town. Strengthen rural energy construction, actively promote energy-saving technology instead of firewood, and complete the task of 1002 biogas digester construction and 160 energy-saving stove promotion.
