I want the history of Nepal

According to legend, between several centuries BC, the Gopal dynasty, the Abila dynasty and the Kirati dynasty appeared successively in the Nepal Valley. It is said that when Buddha Sakyamuni was born at Lumbini Luming Terrace, Nepal was under the rule of the Kirati dynasty. During the reign of Stuenko in 265 BC, Emperor Ashoka of the Mauryan Dynasty of India took his daughter Charumati to worship the birthplace of Buddha and visited the Nepal Valley. Around AD 250, the Lichavis from North India moved into Nepal and gradually gained dominance in Nepal and established the Lichavis dynasty. The king of this dynasty, Mana Deva (reigned about 464-505), set up a stone tablet in the Jungunarayan Temple. The recorded history of Nepal begins with this monument. Mana Deva conquered the east and west, and once expanded the dynasty's territory to the Himalayas to the north, across the Gandaki River to the west, to the Kosi River in the east, and to the Terai Plain in the south.

In the early 7th century, after the death of King Shiva Deva (r. 588-606), his son-in-law and Prime Minister Amusu Varma (r. 606-606) 640 years) succeeded to the throne. Amusu Varma governed the country well and was shrewd and capable. Under his rule, the Lichavi dynasty reached its peak, with considerable development in agriculture, handicrafts and commerce. Regarding the situation in Nepal at that time, there are detailed records in "The Records of the Western Regions of the Tang Dynasty". Amusu Varma is a Hindu, but he also agrees with Buddhism and loves art. He once built the famous Kailashut Palace. This is a seven-story building with exquisite design, beautiful shape and huge scale. The uppermost floor is a hall that can accommodate ten thousand people. This shows that Nepal's construction technology has reached a very high level at that time. Around 639, Amusu Varma married his daughter Brikuti (Princess Chizun) to Songtsan Gampo of Tibet, China. In 643, not long after King Narendra Deva, the successor of Amusu Varma, came to the throne, Wang Xuance, the envoy of the Tang Dynasty of China, and others visited Nepal.

In 723 Guna Kama Deva established Kandipur (now Kathmandu). After the death of Vijaya Kama Deva I without heirs, a man of the Thakuri caste named Bhaskar Deva occupied the throne and established the Thakuri dynasty in Nepal. During the reign of this dynasty, Tantric Buddhism was widely spread in Nepal and was later introduced from Nepal to Tibet. The Thakuri dynasty lasted only five generations, and was later replaced by the Solo dynasty.

The Sauro dynasty was later called the Valley Malla dynasty. The first king of the Malla dynasty was Ali Deva Malla (reigned from 1200 to 1216). His ancestor was Nanya Deva. He came from the Karnataka family in South India and established the Simla Ongar Kingdom in southern Nepal. At the same time as the Malla dynasty in the valley, there was also the Malla dynasty in the Nepal Ka area. This dynasty ruled the Karnali River Basin and some areas north of it. It was established in the 11th century and attacked the Nepal Valley three times. In the 12th century, the dynasty established its capital in Senjia, Yuanmula County. The national language of today’s Kingdom of Nepal (Nepali) can be traced back to this time. By the 13th century, the Malla dynasty in the Ka area became quite powerful. In the early 15th century, it began to disintegrate and gradually formed many princely kingdoms, which formed the Baez (22 countries) alliance. At roughly the same time, the Jobis (24-nation) alliance emerged in a large area east of the Baez alliance. These two alliances were very loose, and the vertical and horizontal relationships between the various kingdoms were very complicated. In the 16th century, almost all of these princely states were ruled by Indian immigrants who claimed to belong to higher castes; most of these immigrants fled to the mountains of Nepal after the Muslim forces invaded India.
