Authorized unit:

1. The authorized unit of the invitation letter is strictly controlled, and the general state-owned units and private units are not authorized.

2. Generally speaking, the people's governments of all provinces and cities and the foreign affairs offices of all provinces and cities (above the prefecture level) definitely belong to the category of authorized units, and the commerce bureaus or foreign trade bureaus of all provinces and cities (above the prefecture level) may have authorization (different from place to place).

3. The Foreign Affairs Office of the central ministries and commissions is authorized.

4. All units directly under the central government, namely the foreign affairs office of the unit headquarters managed by SASAC, have authorization.

Few large state-owned units of other countries are authorized by the Foreign Affairs Office.

Application requirements:

2. The original invitation letter issued by the inviting unit is in duplicate. The invitation letter must be printed on the letterhead or letterhead of the inviting unit, and the content and text must be in Chinese. Attention should be paid to distinguish between business invitations and work invitations, and the official seal of the inviting unit must be affixed at the same time (the invitation template can be downloaded. 6. The letter of guarantee of the inviting unit is in duplicate, which must be signed by the enterprise legal person and stamped with the official seal of the inviting unit.

7. To apply for a visa in a country other than the country of origin, it is necessary to provide a copy of the valid residence certificate or official work visa of the country where the visa is applied, and affix the official seal of the inviting unit.

8. If you want to apply for a visa in a country other than your country of origin, you need to provide a power of attorney for applying for a visa in * * and affix the official seal of the inviting unit (* * is a country other than your country of origin, and if you want to apply for a visa in Hong Kong, the letter details the reasons why you need to apply for a visa in a country other than your country of origin without returning to your country of origin, and it must be issued on company stationery or stationery).

9. Other supplementary materials (depending on the visa application, if the workers' families come to settle in China with them, please provide relevant relatives' certificates).

Processing flow:

1. All inviting units shall clearly define the legal responsibilities of inviting foreigners and prepare all materials in detail and truly. The entry approval form for foreigners shall be signed by the company as a legal person and stamped with the official seal.

2. Invite the unit to the local town (street) government for examination and approval with the "Approval Form for Entry of Foreigners" and relevant documents, and generally submit it to the leaders in charge of foreign trade in the town (street) through foreign-related agencies (bureaus). If approved, the leaders in charge of the town (street) shall add their opinions and signatures on the Approval Form for Entry of Foreigners, and affix the official seal of the town government.

3. After the approval of the local town (street) government, all the above materials will be submitted to the Visa Section of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Bureau, which will review the materials according to the specific actual situation of the delegation and the requirements of the provincial foreign affairs office, fill in the invitation confirmation letter, and please send it after the provincial foreign affairs office has reviewed it.

4. After receiving the submitted materials, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office will issue an invitation confirmation letter within the specified working days and send it back to the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office;

5. Invite the unit to get the original Invitation Confirmation Letter from the Visa Section of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Bureau through the results published on the website of our bureau, and forward it to the applicant in a correct way for use when applying for a visa.
