Immigrating to Shanghai

The card should be handled by the notary office of the province, city and district where the household registration is located. Your hukou is in Minhang District, Shanghai. You can go to Shanghai Notary Office for notarization, or you can go to Minhang District Notary Office for notarization, both of which are acceptable. Or it is acceptable that part of your notarization is put in Shanghai Notary Office and part of it is done in Minhang District Notary Office in Shanghai.
