If the child was born in Denmark, is it Danish nationality?
I have been in Denmark for five years and know some immigration regulations. It is conditional for children to be born in Denmark, not as landing visa citizens like the United States and Australia.
If the child's parents are Danish, the child can definitely apply for Danish citizenship, which is certain.
If a child's parents are not Danish, the child can't apply for Danish citizenship, but if one parent has permanent residency, the child can automatically get a visa of 18, which means that the child doesn't need to apply for a visa before 18.
If neither parent has a permanent residence, children under the age of 18 can still apply for a residence permit, but I don't know how many years it will take. I guess it's bound to my parents' visa.
