According to the inquiry of China Electric Power Bidding Network, the Chuo-Yue-Liao water diversion project was tendered by the Third Engineering Bureau of Water Resources and Hydropower of China, and the third bid section of the project was located in Chaersen Town, Horqin Right Front Banner, Xing 'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The main contents of the project are: the main length of Taoer River inverted siphon is 2.46km, and the backwater structure of Taoer River inverted siphon is 0.12 km; ; 3# tunnel, 3.50km long, Minsheng Gacha culvert, 0.96km long.
