What do I need to bring to work in Peru?

Materials required for a work visa in Peru:

1. Approval from the Peruvian Immigration Bureau (original and photocopy);

2. Domestic applicants need to submit the following materials: the original and photocopy of the applicant's passport (valid for more than 6 months, if you have an old passport, you need to provide it), a one-way air ticket reservation form, a complete visa personal data form, two two-inch color photos with a white background, and a valid health certificate (handled at the local entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau).
