Svalbard, located in the Arctic Circle, is covered with a large number of glaciers that do not melt all year round. The climate here is extremely bad. This discovery made a group of Europeans come here to compete for resources, among which the largest number were European immigrants from Russia and Norway, who gradually established towns, including Longyearbyen. Longyearbyen is the northernmost city of flagship human beings on the earth, dominated by local Russians and Norwegians. The French believed that China was the victorious country in World War I. In 2004, according to the Treaty, China established the China Arctic Yellow River Scientific Research Station in Svalbard Islands, where it conducted scientific research on the Arctic region and global climate change.
