The famous American monument

Famous American monuments include the Arch in St. Louis, the Statue of Liberty in new york, the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C., Mount Rushmore in South Dakota and the Cloud Gate sculpture in Chicago.

The legendary arch in St. Louis is located on the gate to the west, 630 feet above the park. This monument is bigger than the Washington Monument and the Statue of Liberty in Jefferson National Memorial Park.

The Statue of Liberty is an official national monument, built at 1886 to commemorate the end of the American Civil War and the abolition of slavery. But for thousands of immigrants who came to the United States at the beginning of the 20th century, this statue also represents hope and a new starting point for the United States.
