(2) Rural villagers with registered rural household registration who do not have a house or whose housing is crowded can apply for homestead land.

(3) Each rural villager can only own one homestead.

(4) Rural villagers’ homestead standards: 30 square meters per person, households with less than 3 people are calculated as 3 people, households with 4 people are calculated as 4 people, households with more than 5 people are calculated as 5 people, expanded residences The newly occupied land area should be calculated together with the original homestead area.
