It belongs to Ji 'an City, Jiangxi Province.

Ji 'an was called Luling in ancient times. In the twenty-sixth year of Qin Shihuang (22 1), it originally belonged to luling county, so it was named "luling" because of the rolling hills, criss-crossing river valleys and the city near Lushui.

In the 10th year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (590), Jizhou was established, where Ganjiang River and Yongfeng Enjiang River meet, including Qingzhou Island, which is called "Jizhou" because the two waters surround the mainland. In the year of Yuan Qing Yuan (13 12), the general manager of Jizhou Road was changed to Ji 'an Road, with the initials Ji Yang and Ji 'an, hence the name Ji 'an.
