4. serving a sentence in prison;

5. Accept social assistance except for disability reasons;

7. The guarantor promises to become a permanent resident of Canada within five years;

8. Ensure that other partners become permanent residents of Canada within three years;

9. I have applied for protection for my current partner and children, but I haven't got the application result yet;

10. Violence, sexual assault or threats have occurred, resulting in injuries to relatives.
