Saudi citizens account for only about half of the national population, and the other half are foreigners working in Saudi Arabia. They can only get a work visa, which can be renewed after the expiration. Saudi Arabia has no green card. Saudi Arabia is a country with a combination of politics and religion, not an immigrant country, and foreigners are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia.
