Do I need a visa to travel to Maldives?

Because Maldives is a tourist country, China citizens do not need to apply for a visa to travel here. Maldives has travel regulations, and visitors can get a 30-day visa-free landing.

Some tourists may ask, most planes to Maldives need to transfer, so don't the third countries that transfer also need visas? The answer is yes, maybe I did before, but now I don't need it at all. As long as I don't leave the airport of the connecting country, my stay will not exceed 24 hours. Visitors need passports, air tickets and overseas hotel reservation vouchers to pass through China Customs.

China citizens are required to show their entry cards when entering the Maldives border. This kind of card is usually issued to passengers by flight attendants before the plane arrives in Malaysia. After entering the country, you may not be employed, engaged in business or engage in any paid or unpaid occupation without permission. Overstayers may be deported. Transit tourists must leave Malaysia within 24 hours after their arrival, otherwise their stay period must be revised.

However, China citizens who work in the Maldives are allowed to enter the Maldives only if they meet the following conditions:

A. valid international travel documents;

B. Hold a valid round-trip air ticket to the approved destination, and hold the required visa for the next stop;

C not less than $30 per person per day, or a confirmed hotel list is required during Ma's expected stay.

China citizens are not subject to the above requirements, as follows:

1. China diplomat

2. United Nations personnel

3. Approved employees

4 technical personnel or other experts belonging to the government (department)

I made a reservation at the registered tourist attraction/hotel and it was confirmed.

6. Persons sponsored by Malaysian citizens

7. The horses don't need a visa. According to Malaysian immigration regulations, tourists are allowed to enter the country at the established ports of entry.
