Brief introduction of Hongjiadu hydropower station project

Hongjiadu Hydropower Station is one of the first key projects for the development of western China and the "transmission of electricity from west to east". Located in the lower reaches of Liuchong River, the northern source of Wujiang River at the junction of qianxi county and zhijin county. The total installed capacity is 600(3*200) MW, and the designed annual average power generation is 65.438+55.9 million kWh. The dam of the power station is a concrete face rockfill dam with a height of 654.38+0.79.5m, a total storage capacity of 4.947 billion cubic meters and a regulated storage capacity of 3.36 billion cubic meters. It is the only leading hydropower station with multi-year regulation function among the 1 1 cascade hydropower stations planned and constructed in Wujiang River Basin. Due to the regulation of the reservoir, the downstream Suofengying, Dongfeng and Wujiangdu power stations can increase the annual power generation by 654.38+596 million kWh in the near future. After the completion of the power station, it mainly undertakes peak regulation, frequency modulation and accidents in Guizhou power grid.

Hongjiadu Hydropower Station is composed of concrete face rockfill dam, left bank flood discharge system (including tunnel spillway and flood discharge tunnel), left bank water diversion and power generation system, bank power station behind the dam, impervious curtain project and other major buildings. The project officially started on June 5438+065438+1October 8, 2000, and the first unit was put into production on July 18, 2004. In the same year, 2# and 3# units were put into operation one after another in 654381October 6+February 20, 2004, realizing the "one" in the construction of hydropower projects of the same scale. The construction period from the start of diversion tunnel to the power generation of the first unit is 4 years and 3 months, and the main project was completed at the end of 2005. The total construction period is 2 years and 3 months shorter than the planned construction period, which has made positive contributions to the realization of the goal of "transmitting electricity from west to east"

In order to build a first-class power station with high efficiency, high quality, economy and environmental protection, under the auspices of the owner, many engineering and technical problems have been solved without adopting a large number of new technologies, new materials and new processes, and remarkable achievements have been made during the investment and construction period. Hongjiadu Hydropower Station has a qualified rate of unit project quality 100%, an excellent rate of divisional project 100%, an excellent rate of unit project 100%, and the completion quality evaluation grade is excellent. In the process of construction, 10 project won the first prize of quality project in Guizhou province.

Since Hongjiadu Power Station was put into operation, the management mode of "new factory and new system" has been continuously explored with safety production as the center, and remarkable results have been achieved.
