Cixi dialect is different from the east and the west.

Cixi dialect used to be the same as 1952. Yuyao was assigned to Ningbo a few years ago. Later, the land was adjusted, and half of Cixi was allocated to Yuyao (and later part was allocated to Ningbo). Some places in Yuyao were also zoned to Cixi. Half of them are now west of Qiaotou in the west of Cixi, and Yuyao dialect is close to Shao Lin in Shaoxing dialect. Not in Yongjiang, Ningbo, so the eastern and western dialects are different. The dialect in the east is the same as that in Ningbo, and the dialect in the west is the same as that in Shaoxing.
