It is also a new industrial community jointly developed and built by Shenfu Economic Development Zone and Shenmu County People's Government. The original planned area of the park is 8 square kilometers, but it has been expanded to 42 square kilometers according to the needs of project construction, forming an energy-carrying industrial zone and a large industrial zone. The park is near water, and Jinjie Coal Mine is less than 1.5km away from the park. The designed production scale is100000 tons, and the recoverable year is 1 17 years. Water resources are relatively abundant. Tuwei River, with an annual runoff of 240 million cubic meters, passes through Jinjie Street, with a low degree of development and utilization. Yao Zhen is located in the upper reaches of Tuwei River, with normal surface water, 3 kilometers away from Park/KLOC-0. Shenmu County Government invested more than 60 million yuan to build Yao Zhen Reservoir, with daily water supply of1850,000 cubic meters. The traffic in the park is very convenient. Shen Yu section of Provincial Highway 204 runs through the middle of the park. The special railway line is connected with Jinjie Station in Shen Yan section of Xibao Railway, and there is a passenger station, 75 kilometers away from Yulin Airport. Geological stability, good site conditions, relatively gentle terrain, no objects on the ground, no relocation, no occupation of cultivated land, belonging to desert grass beach area, no residents, convenient for unified planning and centralized development. Since the official start of construction in 2002, its high-standard planning, high-speed construction and extraordinary development have become the focus of attention from all walks of life. The total investment scale of industrial projects in the park is 65.438+0.49 billion yuan, including Jinjie coal-electricity integration project, with a planned scale of 6×600MW condensing air-cooled subcritical steam turbine generator set and supporting coal mines of 6.5438+million tons. The power plant with 4×600MW and 6 million tons coal mine will be built in advance, with a total investment of 654.38+0.09 billion yuan. # 654.38+0, #2 and #3 units have been put into production, and #4 unit will be put into production in the first half of this year. The total investment of the 600,000-ton coal-to-methanol project is 2.5 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in the first half of 2008. The 654.38+ million tons PVC project with a total investment of 400 million yuan has been completed and put into operation. The Yahua 130MW cogeneration project with a total investment of 430 million yuan has been completed and put into operation. Linuo glassware project has a total investment of 660 million yuan, and the first phase of the project was completed and put into operation at the end of 2002.
