The house price in Guanshan Lake area is 4000-5000 yuan, and the best location is 8000- 10000 yuan. Not expensive, strong ultraviolet rays, moderate public security level, complete medical and other peripheral facilities.

Qionghai: the house price is 8000- 14000 yuan; I have been here, too. The pace of life here is slow, comfortable and comfortable, not exclusive, with convenient transportation, an airport, complete medical facilities, beautiful food, a standard Shanghai town, good air and a seaside. The ultraviolet intensity is average, the public security is good, and the climate is neither cold nor hot. The coldest time is just long sleeves and a coat, about 10 degrees, and the coldest time is ten days before the Chinese New Year. Summary: Livable.

Beihai: Coastal cities have pleasant climate, strong ultraviolet rays and good air, but the consumption is a little expensive, the urban planning is reasonable (much better than Guiyang), and the housing price gap is also large, ranging from 4000 to 9800. Haikou: It's a good city, with prices ranging from 6,000 to 7,000 and more than 20,000. Ultraviolet rays are strong! Note that I get sunburned every time I go ... but I'll be fine if it rains. The climate is pleasant, the scenery is good, the air is excellent (for me, it is a paradise in Beijing), the products are rich, and the pressure of life is small. Even the college entrance examination is the same. I envy it. I don't have to go to the scenic spots ~ and seafood is very cheap ... and it is also a city suitable for living.

Dongfang: This is not bad. After all, it is Hainan. Delicious food, good scenery, good air, I don't have to say, absolutely good. Haikou is prosperous, and the east is similar, but it is more comfortable and lively.
